These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in the BUILD Affiliate Programme operated by Build an AI Business.

By registering for the BUILD Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Affiliate Programme

The BUILD Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates to introduce prospective customers to Build an AI Business through their unique affiliate link.

Affiliates will be provided with a unique link to promote the free BUILD Method™ Masterclass. Referrals generated through this link will be tracked by Build an AI Business.

Submitting an application does not automatically confer affiliate status. Build an AI Business reserves the right to approve or decline affiliate applications at its discretion.

2. Affiliate Commission

Affiliates will earn £100 commission for each qualifying purchase of the Idea to AI Income™ programme, currently priced at £297, where the customer is attributed to that affiliate in accordance with these terms.

Commission applies to the initial purchase of Idea to AI Income™ only unless Build an AI Business expressly agrees otherwise.

3. Qualifying Sales

For a sale to qualify for commission:

• the prospective customer must have registered for the BUILD Method™ Masterclass using the affiliate's unique affiliate link;

• the customer must purchase Idea to AI Income™ within 90 days of their original Masterclass registration;

• the purchase must have been successfully paid; and

• the transaction must not subsequently be refunded, cancelled, disputed or charged back.

Affiliates cannot earn commission on their own purchases.

4. Affiliate Attribution

Affiliate attribution begins when a prospective customer first registers for the BUILD Method™ Masterclass through an affiliate's unique link.

The referring affiliate will remain eligible for commission for 90 days from the date of that Masterclass registration.

Where a prospective customer has interacted with links from more than one affiliate, Build an AI Business will determine the applicable referring affiliate using the records reasonably available to it. Build an AI Business's determination of affiliate attribution will be final.

5. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

Idea to AI Income™ currently has a 7-day refund period.

No commission is payable on a purchase that is refunded, cancelled, disputed, subject to a chargeback or otherwise reversed.

If a commission has already been paid on a transaction that is subsequently reversed, Build an AI Business may deduct the corresponding amount from future affiliate commission.

6. Commission Statements and Payment

Affiliate commissions are calculated on a calendar-month basis.

Affiliates will be notified of confirmed commissions earned by the 14th of the following month.

For example, qualifying commissions earned during September will be confirmed by 14 October.

Once notified, the affiliate will be asked to submit an invoice for the confirmed commission amount, including the payment information required to make payment.

The affiliate is responsible for providing accurate invoice and payment information and for any tax obligations arising from affiliate income.

7. Promoting Build an AI Business

Affiliates may promote the BUILD Method™ Masterclass and Idea to AI Income™ using appropriate channels available to them.

Affiliates must promote Build an AI Business and its products accurately and responsibly. Affiliates must not:

• make false or misleading statements;

• guarantee business, financial or other results;

• make income claims that have not been authorised by Build an AI Business;

• misrepresent the content, price or benefits of our products;

• use spam or unsolicited bulk communications;

• impersonate Build an AI Business or imply that they are an employee, representative or official spokesperson for the business; or

• use unlawful, misleading or otherwise inappropriate marketing practices.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship where required by applicable advertising, consumer-protection, platform or other rules.

For example, where appropriate, an affiliate should make clear that they may receive a commission if someone purchases following their recommendation.

9. Affiliate Materials and Intellectual Property

Build an AI Business may provide affiliates with approved promotional materials, wording, images or other resources.

The Build an AI Business name, BUILD Method™, Idea to AI Income™, logos, branding and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Affiliates may use approved materials solely for the purpose of promoting Build an AI Business, the BUILD Method™ Masterclass and other products or services expressly approved for affiliate promotion, but may not alter, claim ownership of, sell or otherwise misuse them.

10. Changes to the Programme

Build an AI Business may change the Affiliate Programme, including commission rates, product pricing, attribution periods or these Terms & Conditions.

Where reasonably practicable, affiliates will be notified of material changes.

Changes will not retrospectively remove valid commission already earned under the terms applicable at the time of the qualifying sale.

11. Ending Participation

Either the affiliate or Build an AI Business may end the affiliate relationship.

Build an AI Business may immediately suspend or terminate participation where an affiliate breaches these terms, engages in misleading or unlawful promotion, or acts in a way that could reasonably damage the business or its reputation.

Any legitimate commission already earned before termination will remain payable, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

12. Independent Relationship

Participation in the BUILD Affiliate Programme does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise or joint-venture relationship between the affiliate and Build an AI Business.

Affiliates operate independently and are responsible for their own activities and obligations.

13. Acceptance

By submitting the BUILD Affiliate Programme registration form and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
